Title track of forthcoming album climbs the charts
Train drops an epic remix of their feel-good summer anthem “AM Gold” featuring international pop icon Melanie C. Teaming with Swedish electronic music DJ and producer Tobtok, Train keeps the momentum strong with a fresh take on the infectious track, creating a match made in heaven between the Spice Girls hitmaker and Train frontman Pat Monahan’s unmatched vocals.
The Tobtok remix comes after the skyrocketing worldwide success of the single, originally released in February, which has continued to climb the charts and make big gains at radio across the US and UK, rising to No. 12 at Billboard’s Adult Contemporary chart and No. 18 at Billboard’s Adult Top 40. “AM Gold” marked Train’s first single and title track from the band’s forthcoming 11th studio album due May 20th via Columbia Records.
Train will head out this summer on their Save Me San Francisco Wine Co Presents: Train – AM Gold Tour. Joined by Jewel and Blues Traveler, the trek kicks off June 8th in Mansfield, MA and will make 35+ stops across North America before concluding on August 6th at Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
