European dates feature Skindred, Napalm Death & Bad Wolves

Danish rockers Volbeat have shared details for a 32-date European leg of its Servant Of The Road World Tour. The trek kicks off October 17th in Hamburg and includes stops throughout the UK, Ireland and European mainland before wrapping December 20th in London. Special guests include Skindred, Napalm Death and Bad Wolves.

“Finally, after so much time away, we’re thrilled to be able to bring a proper Volbeat headline tour to our friends across mainland Europe and the UK,” Volbeat shares. “We are so excited and cannot wait to see everyone out there! We’re extremely lucky to be able to bring Skindred, Napalm Death, and Bad Wolves along for the ride and share this experience with three incredible bands that we are fortunate enough to call friends.”

Tickets will go on general sale starting July 1st at 10 am local time via Ticketmaster.

In conjunction with the tour announcement, the band has also shared a new, official bootleg video of “The Sacred Stones – Live from Worcester, MA.”

Volbeat’s newest album, Servant of the Mind, was released on December 3rd via Republic Records. For the album, the band took their signature heavy metal, psychobilly and punk ‘n’ roll sound up a notch while showcasing frontman Michael Poulsen’s keen ability for songwriting and storytelling. Upon release the album hit the top of many international sales charts, reaching No. 1 in Germany, Denmark, and Austria, No. 2 in Switzerland, No. 4 in Finland, No. 5 in the Netherlands, No. 6 in Sweden and was No. 1 and No. 2 respectively on the Billboard Current Hard Rock Music Albums chart and Current Rock Albums chart. The new album, which features the No. 1 Billboard Modern Rock singles, “Shotgun Blues” and “Wait A Minute My Girl,” is now available in standard CD, deluxe 2 LP vinyl in various limited-edition variants, and a deluxe digital edition.
