Arizona and New Mexico shows for this weekend are postponed

Willie Nelson has postponed two more shows due to an “undisclosed health issue.” Nelson’s upcoming concerts in Sahuarita, Arizona on Friday, February 10th, and Albuquerque, New Mexico on February 11th have been postponed.

“We are very sorry for the disappointment. We hope to make it up to you all very soon. Reschedule dates will be announced as they are available,” a rep for Nelson writes.

On Monday (Feb 6th), it was announced that Nelson postponed three shows February 6th, 7th and 8th at Buck Owens’ Crystal Palace in Bakersfield, CA due to illness. Those dates have been canceled entirely, according to Talent Buyer Jerry Hufford.

“To all Willie Nelson ticket holders: Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to reschedule the three Willie Nelson shows at here at the Buck Owens’ Crystal Palace,’ he tells the Bakersfield Californian in an update on Wednesday (Feb 8th).

“All ticket holders will be receive a FULL refund. If you purchased your tickets with a credit card, the credit card used to purchase the tickets from The Crystal Palace or Vallitix will automatically be refunded within the next couple of days. You DO NOT need to return your tickets.

“If you purchased your tickets with CASH at the Crystal Palace box office or at a Vallitix location, please go to the point of purchase with your tickets to receive a refund. Vallitix locations will begin refunds on Friday.

“Thank you for your patience and understanding.”

Nelson’s reps claim the singer is still scheduled to appear at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo on February 16th.

In November, the 83 year old Nelson postponed two shows in Lubbock and Midland, TX due to illness. He also postponed two shows at the Venetian in Las Vegas at the end of January, but did perform February 1st, 3rd and 4th.
