Zac Brown Band announces ‘The Comeback’ Deluxe album

New version of current single features Blake Shelton

Zac Brown Band is set to release a deluxe version of their latest album, The Comeback, this fall. The project will be available to pre-order beginning July 15th and features several of the band’s musical friends and heroes.

The exciting news was shared first with fans attending their Warner Music Nashville Nightscape party on Thursday (June 9th). Guests were also treated to a first listen of their collaboration with country music superstar Blake Shelton on current single, “Out in the Middle.” The song will be available everywhere on June 22nd. They rounded out the day with an exhilarating live performance at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium as part of this year’s CMA Fest.

The Comeback is the best album we’ve ever made, and to re-record a few tracks with some musical legends was such an honor. Blake Shelton is a country music powerhouse and sharing ‘Out in the Middle’ with him, a song that represents our southern roots and country pride, is absolutely unreal. We’re so grateful to do what we do and we can’t wait to share the full album with our fans,” shares frontman Brown.

“I’ve always been such a big fan of Zac as an artist and especially as a songwriter. This song in particular really resonated with me. It reminds me of how I was raised and where I come from – out in the middle!” adds Shelton.

The Comeback is the band’s most recent full-length album. After its release, the project earned the No. 1 spot on the Current Country Albums Sales chart and was the Top New Country Album Release. Lead singer Zac Brown boasts a co-writer credit on every song and also co-produced the entire record alongside frequent collaborator, Ben Simonetti. The Comeback also features the band’s current, hit radio single, “Out in the Middle.”

Tickets for their international Out in the Middle Tour are on sale now. The tour follows the success of The Comeback Tour in 2021 which was their comeback to live performances following COVID-19. The band began the tour in South Carolina and will soon visit Boston’s Fenway Park, where they hold the record for most consecutive sold out shows. Other iconic venues include Truist Park in Atlanta, Wrigley Field in Chicago, Citi Field in New York, and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. The tour will conclude at Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ.

Robert Randolph Band will join Zac Brown Band on select dates throughout the tour alongside Caroline Jones. Jones will return to perform with the band once again after performing as a special guest during The Comeback Tour. On November 19th, award-winning hitmaker Sam Hunt will join the group to finish the tour. Fans have the opportunity to purchase VIP packages that include premium tickets, access to the Uncaged Lounge with complimentary wine, beer & appetizers, an exclusive VIP gift item and more. Contents will vary based on the package.
