New single available now

Liz Phair has announced that she’s planning to release her first album in ten years by the end of the first quarter of 2020. The pop star has released her new single “Good Side” on October 11th via her own Orphic Records label, and will official go to adds at radio on October 21st.

The Grammy-nominated Phair, having sold over five million albums, returns to making music with a great new song. “Good Side” represents a turn… “back to the beginning”, as Phair has once again worked with legendary Exile in Guyville producer, Brad Wood.

Exile in Guyville, recognized as one of the 500 Greatest Albums of all-time by Rolling Stone Magazine, helped lead the way for a true “coming of age” for female artists in alternative rock.

Phair recently released her new memoir, Horror Stories, with Random House Hardbacks, on October 8th. In the book, Phair traces her life and career in a genre-bending memoir in stories about the pivotal moments that haunt her.
