The duo will tour in support of the album

Sugarland will release Bigger, its first studio album in eight years, on June 8th via Big Machine Label Group and UMG Nashville. The duo released the album cover on April 6th after fans streamed their latest single, “Still The Same,” enough times on Spotify to unveil the cover art.

The duo will return to the road with the Still The Same 2018 Tour, beginning this spring in the US. Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush will bring their new live show to 48 cities, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Nashville. The first leg of the tour will feature opening acts Brandy Clark and Clare Bowen, while Frankie Ballard and Lindsay Ell will accompany the pair for the second half.

Tickets for the Still The Same 2018 Tour will go on sale starting Friday, January 12th at 10 am local time. Beginning today (Tue, Jan 9th), fans in select cities will have the opportunity to purchase VIP packages which include the opportunity to meet Sugarland, attend a pre-show VIP sound check, access to exclusive tour lithographs and more.

The news comes following the group’s surprise reunion at the 51st Annual CMA Awards in November 2017 when they presented Duo of the Year during the ceremony, hinting at a return. After the show, the duo surprised guests at the Big Machine Label Group (BMLG) after party by performing “Baby Girl” and “Stay.” They later appeared on the syndicated The Bobby Bones Show in which they made the tour announcement and spoke more in depth about their reunion.
