NCT Dream releases ‘Broken Melodies’

Track is from forthcoming ISTJ album

K-pop sensation NCT Dream has released their new single, “Broken Melodies” via Virgin Records. Previewing the group’s third full-length album ISTJ which is releasing on July 17th, “Broken Melodies” illustrates a wide spectrum of emotions ranging from worry to fear to love while combining rich chorus harmonies with distorted guitar sounds. The lyrics portray the difficulties of a long-distance relationship and the strong will to do anything for the one you love.

The group’s third studio album will be comprised of 10 songs, including “Broken Melodies,” where US physical albums will be released on August 18th.

“Broken Melodies” follows their first ever English single “Beatbox” which was re-released in April – the original version was featured on the group’s second full length repackage album. Last year, NCT Dream released their second full album Glitch Mode. The album achieved more than two million pre-orders on release day, breaking the record previously held by NCT Dream’s first album Hot Sauce that attained 1.71 million pre-orders.

The seven member group most recently wrapped their first-ever US headline tour which stopped in Newark, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles and Seattle. The dates were a part of the group’s The Dream Show2: In A Dream Tour, which continues with an upcoming run in Latin America next month.
