Adam Lambert reveals ‘Afters’ EP

The pop star reveals the track listing for an unfiltered new EP

Grammy-nominated international superstar, Adam Lambert reveals the track listing for Afters as the hype continues to build around his hedonistic and unfiltered EP set for a July 19th release via The Orchard.

An exploration of sexuality and liberation, Afters captures the essence of modern queer culture with pulsating beats and sultry lyrics. Advance tracks already setting the pace for Lambert’s most liberated body of work to date include “CVNTY,” the fiery kiss-off anthem marking his debut as a vocal producer, the hypnotic and longing “Wet Dream,” that details how it feels when a ‘homo takes it home,’ and “Lube,” a pulsating track that is as direct as it is oozing with sensuality. Newly announced titles “Deep House,” “Neck” and “Face” will round out the Afters experience upon release.

“Creating Afters has been such a liberating experience as I chose to craft an EP of house music that’s unapologetically queer and sex-positive,” Lambert shares. “I throw many house parties and my aim was to create a soundtrack inspired by wild nights, giving a voice to our communities’ hedonistic desires and exploits. Feeling more confident than ever, I wanted to get shamelessly raw and real with the listener. AFTERS is meant to make you move, sweat, fantasize and connect!”

Afters follows Adam’s LP of inspired covers, High Drama, which earned him his fifth top 10 on Billboard’s Album Sales Chart. The album kickstarted the next chapter in Lambert’s solo career, drawing on his well-known penchant for high drama — an artist comfortable in his skin, being well and truly himself, and loving every minute.
