The pair performed the song at Ascend Amphitheater
On Tuesday, August 6th, multi-platinum recording artist Tate McRae brought out ACM New Female Artist of the Year Megan Moroney to perform Moroney’s No. 1 single “Tennessee Orange” at Ascend Amphitheater in Nashville. The pair traded vocals as Moroney strummed her glitter-coated acoustic guitar in her signature skirt and knee-high boots.
“I myself am a huge fan of country music,” McRae says to loud applause. “I’m so fucking excited to sing with the one and only, Megan Moroney. Give it up for Megan!”
Tate is currently on her first global outing with the Think Later Tour spanning 53 dates throughout Europe, the UK, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Produced by Live Nation, the tour wraps in Wellington, New Zealand at TSB Arena on Thursday, November 21st.
Moroney is supporting Kenny Chesney’s Sun Goes Down Tour 2024 with Zac Brown Band and Uncle Kracker. With just three weekends left on Chesney’s Sun Goes Down 2024 Tour, including an unprecedented three-night stand at Gillette Stadium, this year’s tour presented by Blue Chair Bay Rum is celebrating new friends and old, memories in the making and songs that have defined coming of age across the heartland this century.
