BoomTown Saints, Sam Grow team for ‘Heart Breaks You’

The new single is available now

BoomTown Saints and Sam Grow have teamed up on, “Heart Breaks You,” a powerful ballad that captures navigating the tough moments in life that lead to personal growth. Written by hit songwriters Connie Harrington, Houston Phillips, and Josh Dunne, “Heart Breaks You” was produced by Colt Ford and Noah Gordon and released via 8 Track Entertainment/Average Joes Entertainment.

With lyrics that reflect the journey from youthful carelessness to the sobering realization that true love requires vulnerability and resilience, Sam Grow’s rich soulful vocals perfectly complement the duo’s strong harmonies on “Heart Breaks You.”

“From the moment I heard this song I knew it was special,” Grow remarks. “Not only have I lived it, but now being a dad to my daughters it makes you even more conscious of your decisions in young dating. To get the chance to team up with Boomtown Saints with Noah Gordon at the helm of production, I was so thankful for the opportunity. I hope everyone loves this song as much as I do.”

“We have been excited about “Heart Breaks You” since we first heard it four years ago. When the opportunity arose to record it with an artist as talented as Sam Grow, we were both flattered and excited,” shares BoomTown Saints’ Chris Ramos.

“We have always felt that ‘Heart Breaks You’ captures the essence of a moment in life that many people face that helps a boy become a man, and that is something that is extremely difficult to accomplish,” adds the duo’s Ben Chism. “This song was masterfully penned by Connie Harrington, Josh Dunne, and Houston Phillips and spoke to us in a way that few other songs have.”

BoomTown Saints has been winning over audiences nationwide since releasing their debut single, “All Trucks Go To Heaven.” Their self-titled debut EP was released in August 2023.

Grow embodies a lifetime’s worth of experience into his songwriting and singing. The emotions of life, love, loss and perseverance ring true in every verse. Whether it’s up-tempo smashes like “Song About You,” “Way I’m Livin” and “Kiss My Ass,” or emotional ballads such as “The Blame” or “Without You,” Grow shows off his versatility and multi-genre influences.
