Mae Estes shares ‘Mr Fix It’

The highly anticipated viral track is officially available

Mae Estes is putting her gratitude for her man on full display with her new love song “Mr. Fix It,” out now via Big Machine Records. Inspired by her real-life mechanic husband, “Mr. Fix It” sweetly depicts the ways in which he’s not only the fixer of appliances and cars, but the mender of hearts in their relationship. Written by Mae alongside Marti Dodson, Jaida Dreyer and Alex Kline, “Mr. Fix It” finds Mae’s signature nostalgic vocals supported by traditional Country instrumentation including fiddle and pedal steel guitar.

“‘Mr Fix It’ is an anthem for the good men in the world and the women that love them. But mostly, it’s for my own Mr. Fix It,” shares Estes. “I can’t imagine my life without him, and I’m so grateful to have found the kind of love worth singing about.”

Estes first teased the song on TikTok in March, quickly garnering thousands of views and sparking an organic TikTok trend where users created videos showcasing the “Mr. Fix It” in their lives. The track has continued to deeply resonate with listeners, with the original video now boasting more than 800k views and thousands of comments telling her about what the song means to them and how they’ve connected it to relationships in their own lives.

“Mr. Fix It” marks Mae’s first song release in 2025 following an exciting 2024 which included turning heads for her moving and deeply important track “Good Ol’ Boys;” performing at the Bluebird Café with one of her biggest idols, Vince Gill; and opening for and singing with superstar Lainey Wilson at NFR. She also put out the murder ballad “Gettin’ Back Up To Heaven” and barn-burner “What I Shoulda Done.” Estes is currently in the studio working on new music to be released later this year.

Estes is one of Nashville’s hottest newcomers, praised for bringing back traditional country and making fast fans in artists including Carly Pearce, Dierks Bentley, Lainey Wilson, Ashley McBryde Jake Worthington, Rhonda Vincent and more. This summer, Mae will act as tour support on select dates of Brad Paisley’s Truck Still Works World Tour and Luke Bryan’s Country Song Came on Tour.
