The support marks the non-profit’s largest single-night live fundraiser during the ACM Honors
ACM Lifting Lives, the philanthropic partner of the Academy of Country Music, has awarded Jelly Roll with the ACM Lifting Lives Award during the 18th ACM Honors on Wednesday. While unable to attend the ceremony in person due to his European Tour schedule, he shared a heartfelt acceptance message, using the moment to inspire attendees to join him in making a difference. The Nashville native announced he is matching donations made during the show up to $100,000 in support of ACM Lifting Lives. Inspired by Jelly Roll’s generosity, more than $137,000 was donated by generous supporters, including Troy Vollhoffer, Riley Green, and Kerri Edwards, for over $237,000 raised. These funds are in addition to the more than $300,000 that Jelly Roll raised earlier this year by hosting his second annual ACM Lifting Lives fundraising concert at the legendary Billy Bob’s Texas during ACM Awards week to fuel the organization’s year-round efforts.

It is especially fitting that he chose to turn a moment celebrating his own generosity into an opportunity to rally even more support and help raise record-setting funds.”
This marks the largest single-night live fundraiser for ACM Lifting Lives during ACM Honors. In addition to the donors who contributed towards Jelly Roll’s match, Gibson Gives also donated several Gibson guitars for future fundraising.
These impactful donations help fund the vital work of the organization and initiatives that use the healing connection of music to support those in need, from disaster relief efforts to music therapy programs.
The ACM Lifting Lives Award is presented to a country music artist, duo/group, or industry professional who is devoted to improving lives through the power of music, has a generosity of spirit, and is committed to serving others.
