Nine dates are set for the spring
After their hugely successful Classic Tales Of Yes UK Tour in 2024, progressive rock legends, Yes, return to the UK once more for a nine-date trek across the country, starting on April 22nd at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow and ending with a two-night run at the prestigious Palladium in London on May 3-4.
Tickets go on sale on Friday, September 19th at 10 am local time.
Get ready for an unforgettable night as the band performs their 1971 classic album, Fragile, in its entirety. You’ll hear timeless songs like “Heart of the Sunrise,” “South Side of the Sky,” and the fan-favorite “Roundabout.” The setlist will also feature a selection of songs spanning their legendary career, from their iconic 70s releases to their current album, Mirror To the Sky.
Fragile was Yes’s fourth album, reaching the Top 10 in the UK and earning platinum status. It was also the first album to feature keyboardist Rick Wakeman. The single “Roundabout” became a Top 20 hit in the U.S., helping the album climb into the Top 5 on the Billboard chart and achieve double platinum certification.
Each show will include a gallery of work by renowned artist, Roger Dean, whose iconic paintings have been featured on the covers of many Yes albums. Fragile was the first Yes album to showcase his famous artwork.
The current lineup features guitarist Steve Howe, who first joined the band in 1970, and keyboardist Geoff Downes, a member of the 1980 Drama-era lineup. Jon Davison has been the lead vocalist since 2012, while bassist Billy Sherwood, hand-picked by the late original bassist Chris Squire, has been with the band since the 1990s. Drummer Jay Schellen, who worked closely with the late Alan White, rounds out the group.
