“Counting Down The Days” is the official anthem of Hallmark Channel’s 2025 Countdown to Christmas
Global country music superstar Brad Paisley is releasing “Counting Down The Days” across all digital platforms. The original song written by Paisley and Chris Dubois is the official anthem of Hallmark Channel’s 16th annual Countdown to Christmas programming event.
Hallmark revealed their first holiday promo during NBC’s Today “Pop Start” this morning (Wed, Sept 17th), and released their movie schedule for the 2025 Christmas Season.
Paisley, a Grand Ole Opry member since 2001, has also co-written two additional songs with Dubois for inclusion in Hallmark’s A Grand Ole Opry Christmas film. The new, original movie starring Nikki DeLoach (Curious Caterer Mysteries, Our Holiday Story) and Kristoffer Polaha (A Biltmore Christmas, The Christmas Quest) is set to premiere Thanksgiving weekend, Saturday, November 29th at 8 pm ET/PT on Hallmark Channel, streaming the next day on Hallmark+. Paisley will also appear in the film alongside many familiar faces from the Opry and country music.
The new Christmas music teases that there is more music to come from the Grammy-winning artist who will tour in Canada this fall, launching the Truck Still Works World Tour on November 4th in Abbotsford, BC at the Abbotsford Centre. The tour will wrap on December 13th.
