Multi-platinum country music star Bailey Zimmerman is bringing his Different Night Same Rodeo energy to college football fans with a new series of tailgate pop-up activations hitting major campuses this fall.
Timed to some of the biggest college football Saturdays of the season — and tied to his Different Night Same Rodeo Tour dates in each city — the free surprise activations will give fans a first taste of the rodeo, with custom merch, photo ops, and more popping up right in the heart of game day. Exact campus locations will be revealed weekly on Live Nation’s socials, keeping fans anticipating each pop-up activation reveal.
At each Different Night Same Rodeo College Tailgate Experience, fans can expect exclusive custom merch, including free school-color bandanas, koozies, hats, and T-shirts with on-site customization while supplies last; a temporary tattoo parlor with exclusive Bailey Zimmerman flash designs lasting several days; a Silverado photo moment with a branded Different Night Same Rodeo Chevy Silverado transformed into a photo booth; and immersive tailgate vibes – activations staged in Greek Row, stadium lots, or nearby campus hangouts, with unique setups at every stop.
Different Night Same Rodeo College Tailgate Experience kicked off this past weekend at Clemson University during the Syracuse vs. Clemson game.
In February, Zimmerman will launch the 2026 Different Night Same Rodeo Tour. Zimmerman will continue to electrify audiences as he brings his dynamic live show to 30+ venues across the US and Canada, promoted by Live Nation and featuring support from Hudson Westbrook and Blake Whiten.
College football fans will recognize Zimmerman’s hit song “Backup Plan,” recorded with fellow country star Luke Combs, as ESPN’s 2025 college football season anthem.
The upcoming activations will take place during the following football weekends, each tied to Bailey Zimmerman’s Different Night Same Rodeo Tour stops in those cities:
Sept 27 – University of Georgia – Athens, GA – Alabama vs. Georgia
Oct 4 – Texas Christian University – Fort Worth, TX – Colorado vs. TCU
Oct 11 – University of Tennessee – Knoxville, TN – Arkansas vs. Tennessee
