Jon Bon Jovi’s Nashville bar is for sale

JBJ’s Nashville is the tallest bar on Broadway

Jon Bon Jovi’s Nashville bar, JBJ’s Nashville, at 405 Broadway, is for sale. The tallest bar on Broadway is listed for $130 million by real estate company Surmount CRE.

“We’re proud to present the tallest bar on Nashville’s Lower Broadway: Jon Bon Jovi’s – Nashville,” the investment company shares on Facebook.

In the heart of downtown Nashville’s iconic Lower Broadway entertainment district, JBJ’s is the premier destination for music, dining, and entertainment with its five-story venue, complete with two rooftop spaces with an unforgettable experience at the corner of Broadway and Fourth Avenue.

JBJ’s Nashville contains 36,767 square feet, which marks the second-largest venue on Lower Broadway. The listing says the venue is “Structured as a 20-year [triple-net] NNN sale-leaseback with 2% annual rental increases.”

The building’s design aligns with the city’s Broadway Historic Preservation Overlay, ensuring a seamless blend of the past’s charm with an innovative future. Its strategic location, a site steeped in musical lore, and two fifth-story outdoor rooftop decks with breathtaking panoramic views, along with a myriad of other unique and special surprises.

The project was spearheaded by Big Plan Holdings, led by Josh and Tara Joseph. It’s unclear why the facility is for sale.

JBJ’s Nashville opened in June 2024. The venue recently played host to a three-day, two-night luxury event in Music City, featuring a band party and more.
