Jamie O’Neal releases ‘All The Same’

The song is the third from her upcoming album

Jamie O’Neal shares her new song, “All The Same,” the third release from her upcoming studio album, Gypsum, which was written by Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame member Dean Dillon and Scotty Emerick. Jamie produced the track with Rodney Good for BFD/Audium Nashville.

“’All The Same’ instantly grabbed me, and I couldn’t wait to cut it,” O’Neal shares. “It’s about finally throwing in the towel on a relationship, where you keep trying but it’s just making you both miserable. Scotty Emerick and Dean Dillon are two of the best songwriters Nashville has, and I’m honored they let me cut this tune.”

The ten-cut Gypsum album hits January 23rd, and is her first studio album since 2020’s Sometimes. The collection includes six songs co-written by Jamie along with a host of her best friends and writing partners. She produced the album with her husband, Rodney Good, who also recorded and mixed all 10 songs.

O’Neal rocketed into the country music mainstream 25 years ago with her No. 1 singles “There Is No Arizona” and “When I Think About Angels,” leading a string of hit songs, platinum albums, four Grammy nominations and the Academy of Country Music’s Top New Female Vocalist Award. She re-recorded “There Is No Arizona,” featuring special guests The Isaacs, to honor the 25-year anniversary and released the song last month.
