The event will be held in the Nashville area in January
Megadeth will host an exclusive, all-day immersive celebration for their upcoming self-titled studio album. Hosted a short distance outside of Nashville in La Vergne, TN, on Saturday, January 17, 2026, this one-day event lets you get closer to the band, the music, the stories, and the legacy than ever before.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime, ultra-limited experience that gives attendees a chance to listen to the new album early, witness a Megadeth acoustic performance, attend a Megadeth Master Class where the band breaks down legendary riffs, songwriting, tones, and techniques—right from the stage, a band Q&A, Guitar Talk with Dave Mustaine and Gibson CEO César Gueikian where they will share special news, photo op with the band, catered dinner with Megadeth beer and House of Mustaine wine, immersive photo op experiences, autographed album-art poster, exclusive merch, and more.
Fans must be 18 to attend.
Megadeth is being labeled as the band’s final album, which is due out January 23, 2026, via Dave Mustaine’s Tradecraft imprint in partnership with Frontiers Label Group’s new BLKIIBLK label. The album includes “Tipping Point,” the previously released first single, and a reimagined version of “Ride The Lightning,” which Mustaine co-wrote with Metallica’s James Hetfield, Cliff Burton, and Lars Ulrich and was the title track from the group’s 1984 album.
The band will embark on a multi-year final tour, named This Was Our Life World Tour, in 2026. The band will head to Canada early in the year for a string of dates, starting on February 15th in Victoria and wrapping on March 6th in Québec City. The group will follow with a Latin American run set for the spring. Megadeth will also support Iron Maiden’s 50th anniversary Run For Your Lives Tour throughout North America in August 2026. Anthrax will support select dates.
