“Every Chance I Get” certified Platinum as it reaches No 1 at urban radio

DJ Khaled’s “Every Chance I Get,” featuring Lil Baby and Lil Durk, has been certified Platinum by the RIAA while simultaneously reaching No. 1 at urban radio. The album it hails from, Khaled Khaled, which became Khaled’s third to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in May. This latest achievement is a testament to Khaled’s prowess as producer and tastemaker, presciently enlisting rap’s hottest duo for an unforgettable summer smash.

When the GRAMMY Award-winning multi-Platinum mega-producer unveiled the biggest hip hop event of the summer with his 12th full-length set, the hits were sure to follow. Alongside Durk and Baby (who are currently celebrating their own hit album, The Voice of the Heroes), Khaled has dominated club sound systems, radio stations, and more. To wit, the track was recently part of a massive NBA Finals campaign, and played on repeat during ESPN and ABC’s coverage.

Out of the gate, Khaled Khaled attracted widespread acclaim. Meanwhile, the explosive music video for “Sorry Not Sorry” featuring guests JAY-Z, Nas, James Fauntleroy & Harmonies by the Hive (aka Beyoncé), has already racked up over 28 million YouTube views since its late April release.

Khaled and co-executive producers Asahd Tuck Khaled and Aalam Tuck Khaled (his sons) assembled an unbelievable tracklist. The album boasts fan favorites like “Just Be” (feat. Justin Timberlake), “We Going Crazy”(feat. H.E.R. and Migos), “I Did It” (feat. Post Malone, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Baby, and DaBaby), and “Let It Go” (feat. Justin Bieber and 21 Savage), among others. Not to mention, it includes the double-Platinum “Popstar” and the Platinum “Greece,” both of which feature Drake.

“Every Chance I Get” is the latest track from the project to emerge as a smash hit.
