The bar will be open this weekend

After seven years, AC/DC celebrates their triumphant return to the stage at Power Trip Festival in Indio, California on Saturday, October 7th. In tandem with their anxiously awaited headline festival appearance, the band launches the AC/DC High Voltage Dive Bar in Indio, ten minutes from the inaugural festival.

The bar is located at 82971 Bliss Ave in Indio, California, and will be open daily from October 5th through October 8th from 11 am until 10 pm.

It’s the ultimate way to connect and plug in with fellow AC/DC fans over the weekend and check out iconic AC/DC props and exclusive merch.

The band will headline the second night of the three-day event this weekend, alongside Judas Priest, who’s replacing an ailing Ozzy Osbourne. Guns N’ Roses and Iron Maiden will open the event on Friday, October 6th with Metallica and Tool closing on Sunday, October 8th.

The band has recruited Matt Laug to play drums as longtime drummer Phil Rudd is allegedly unable to enter the US stemming to 2015 legal issues in his native of New Zealand. Cliff Williams will also rejoin the band on bass for the show.

Power Trip is the band’s first performance since 2016.
