Island/UMe has set an updated Amy Winehouse At The BBC for May 7th on 3 CD and 3 LP. The updated release brings audio-only versions of many of the tracks to digital music services for the first time. This comprehensive collection captures the strong and enduring relationship that Winehouse enjoyed with the BBC. It features Winehouse’s earliest BBC Radio sessions, music from her first-ever TV performances, as well as unheard gems, rarities, unique covers and live versions of classic songs from “Frank” and “Back To Black.” An illustrated 20-page booklet featuring rare photographs is also included.

Demi Lovato has announced Dancing With the Devil… The Art of Starting Over, her first new album since 2017, will be released April 2nd via Island Records. The album shares the title of her new documentary, Dancing With The Devilwhich makes its premiere at last week’s SXSW Film Festival. The album will feature 19 tracks plus three bonus songs that may or may not include a collaboration with Ariana Grande (that’s left to be determined). Four CD cover variants are being offered with three exclusive deluxe editions featuring one bonus track each. A limited number of signed CDs are also available via Lovato’s webstore.

The Grand Ole Opry is set to release Unbroken | Empty Room, Full Circle on vinyl on June 4th exclusively through opry.com and its Nashville-based retail outlets. The announcement comes on the anniversary of the Opry’s decision to pause in-house audiences in March 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The LP includes memorable performances recorded live from the Opry stage in front of an empty house for the 29 weeks last year the shows were conducted without an audience. Fans can hear performances by Marty Stuart, Reba, Keith Urban, Luke Combs, Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley and others.

Paul McCartney has announced McCartney III Imagined for digital release on April 16th with physical formats coming July 23rd via Capitol Records. Personally curated by the former Beatle, McCartney III Imagined features Damon Albarn, Beck, Blood Orange, Phoebe Bridgers, Josh Homme, Ed O’Brien, Anderson .Paak, St. Vincent and others. Exclusive color vinyl editions will be available through Target, Barnes & Noble, Indie record stores, Newbury Comics, and PaulMcCartney.com. All physical forms will include an exclusive bonus track.

Actor Leslie Jordan has announced a star-studded duets album called Company’s Comin’, due April 2nd via Platoon. Performing ten duets and five vignettes, Jordan is joined by special guests including Ashley McBryde, Brandi Carlile, Charlie Worsham, Dolly Parton, Eddie Vedder, Katie Pruitt, Tanya Tucker, Chris and Morgane Stapleton, and TJ Osborne, as well as the album’s co-producers, Travis Howard and Danny Myrick. Company’s Comin’ reimagines traditional hymns with a playful mix of righteous gospel, classic country and vintage soul, making them universally relatable regardless of background or experience.

Justin Moore will release an eight track EP titled Straight Outta The Country digitally on April 23rd via The Valory Music Co. The lead track “We Didn’t Have Much” climbs into Top 30 at country radio and sets the tone for the mix of Moore’s southern drawl and traditional storytelling. Moore revealed the news on The Justin Moore Podcast saying the songs are an extension of his previous effort, Late Nights And Longnecks, released in July 2019.

Grateful Dead is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its debut self-titled double LP, also known as Skull & Roses, with an expanded edition 2 CD and 2 LP on June 25th. The CD include the album’s original’s 11 tracks, which have been remastered from the stereo analog master tapes by GRAMMY Award winning engineer David Glasser using Plangent Process Speed Correction. The set also includes a bonus disc with 10 previously unreleased live tracks that were recorded on July 2, 1971 at the Fillmore West, which was the band’s final performance at the historic San Francisco venue. The music will also be available in both standard and high-resolution 192/24 audio at digital download and streaming services. The double vinyl features the newly remastered version of the original album pressed on 180-gram black vinyl with Stoughton tip-on jacket & sticker insert. In addition, Dead.net will offer an exclusive version pressed on 180-gram, black and white propeller vinyl that is limited to 5,000 copies.

Stone Temple Pilots is prepping a 25th anniversary super deluxe edition for its third album, Tiny Music… Songs From The Vatican Gift Shop, on July 23rd via Rhino. The 3 CD/1 LP set includes a newly remastered version of the original studio album on both CD and vinyl, plus unreleased early versions, instrumentals, and alternate takes along with a complete concert recording from 1997. On the same day, the music will be made available both digitally as a 2 CD Deluxe Edition. The remastered original album will also be available as a single CD. Both deluxe editions include 15 unreleased tracks that pull back the curtain on the creative process featuring early versions of nearly every song on the album. A limited edition bonus 7-inch vinyl single of “Big Bang Baby” that replicates the artwork of the original CD promo single from 1997 is exclusive to a limited edition bundle of 1,000 at the band’s website.
