Event airs Nov 5th

Apple Music is set to stream day one of Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival on Friday, November 5th at 10 pm ET/7 pm PT. The event will stream live in 167 countries and regions.

Since 2018, Travis Scott has made it a point to bring the world he knows as a superstar MC back home to Houston, the city that made him, in the form of his Astroworld Festival. The name of a now-shuttered local amusement park and Scott’s third studio album, Astroworld, has in the past featured games, rides, and more special guests than anyone could imagine, and 2021’s edition is no different.

Over 100,000 fans from across the globe are slated to attend the third-year music festival, which returns to Scott’s hometown of Houston. The 2021 event features an expanded two-day format due to overwhelming demand from fans and sold out in under one hour without a music performance lineup attached. Scott’s festival has sold out in advance of the lineup reveal every year since inception, although 2021 set the record for the fastest sell-out yet.

Scott, 21 Savage, Baby Keem, Bad Bunny, BIA, Chief Keen, Don Toliver, Earth Wind & Fire, Houston All-Stars, Lil Baby, Master P, Roddy Ricch, Sheck Wes, Soyafgo, SZA, Teezo Touchdown, Toro Y Moi, Tame Impala, Young Thug, and Yves Tumor are all set to perform.

Scott is celebrating with Astroworld Week, featuring a film screening, celebrity golf tournament, softball tournament and more. The screening of Astroworld Festival x A24 Present: Red Rocket will be held on Monday, November 8th.

A portion of proceeds from the event will be donated to the festival’s official charity partner, Cactus Jack Foundation. Founded by Scott, the nonprofit organization seeks to empower and enrich the lives of youth by providing access to education and creative resources to ensure long-term success.
