The network will air seven days of King-size classics
Get all shook up this August, as AXS TV delivers a hunk of burning hits with seven days of King-size classics, airing every day starting at 4 pm ET from Monday, August 11th through Sunday, August 17th.
Elvis Week swings into action on August 11th, with Elvis Presley as a young serviceman who wagers he can woo a hard-to-get dancer in the 1960 favorite G.I. Blues. Other highlights include the bad boy biker romp Roustabout on August 13th, co-starring Barbara Stanwyck and featuring early appearances by Raquel Welch and Teri Garr; and the love-in-paradise musical spectacular Blue Hawaii on August 15th with Angela Lansbury; as well as a special presentation of the 1963 romance Fun In Acapulco—starring beloved Bond Girl Ursula Andress—on August 16th, in honor of the 48th anniversary of Elvis’ passing.
