New single features Bia

Igniting what promises to be a monumental and massive era, rapper Busta Rhymes returns with a new single entitled “Beach Ball” featuring Bia via The Conglomerate Ent/Epic Records.

With a soundscape helmed by lauded producer Hitmaka, a thick bassline thumps in the background as Bia sets the scene with an attitude-laden verse. Busta leans into the pocket with charisma and confidence, countering with hyper quotable bars punctuated by his signature punchlines. Their call-and-response culminates on a raunchy, raw, and raucous refrain. “Beach Ball” bridges eras and styles as a downright dynamic summer anthem. The accompanying visual finds Bia and Busta on the beach as life literally passes by behind them—in addition to cameos from friends such as DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, CJ, El Alfa, and more! It perfectly captures the energy of the song.

Most importantly, it heralds the arrival of his tenth full-length LP and The Conglomerate Ent/Epic Records debut album due out this year. The album follows up 2020’s Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God, which crashed the Billboard 200 at No. 7.

Busta Rhymes persists and perseveres as one of the most indomitable, impactful, and influential rappers in history. His patented tongue-twisting flow and lyrical fireworks changed the artform itself, flooding the culture with a dose of speed and begging it to maintain pace. To date, he has garnered a staggering 12 Grammy Award nominations, sold over 10 million albums worldwide, and delivered seven Top 10 debuts on the Billboard 200.

Dubbed “the greatest performer of all time” by Jay-Z and “the James Brown of hip hop” by Phife Dawg, he notably made it from the humblest of beginnings in East Flatbush Brooklyn, all the way to the White House visiting with President Barack Obama. He is a rare force of nature who started off with Leaders of the New School and has collaborated with everyone from Dr. Dre, Janet Jackson, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, Missy Elliott, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige and Mariah Carey to Dave Chappelle, Ozzy Osbourne, and Chris Rock.

As an accomplished actor, Busta’s diverse career filmography spans the acclaimed Higher Learning, Narc, and Finding Forrester. His animated hits include The Rugrats Movie, and blockbusters such as Shaft and Halloween: Resurrection.
