Country star presented during CMA rehearsals

Signifying more than one billion streams on Pandora, COJO Music/Warner Music Nashville Platinum recording artist Cody Johnson was awarded the internet radio and streaming service’s Billionaires plaque commemorating his status as a Pandora Billionaire.

Johnson, a 2x CMA Awards winner for Video of the Year and Single of the Year for “’Til You Can’t,” was surprised last week just after his CMA performance rehearsal during an interview with SiriusXM’s Buzz Brainard.

“This is all because of the fans, they did this,” Johnson expressed. “They’ve stuck with me for many years and never cease to surprise me in their constant support and involvement.”

Johnson’s current Pandora streams are 1.5 billion, and he has been added to Pandora’s Country Billionaires Radio in celebration of the honor.

In the first ten months of 2022, Johnson increased his global career streams by one billion. This is the second consecutive year he has gained one billion additional streams, bringing his current career global streams total to four billion.

On December 2nd, Johnson will release the 27-song Cody Johnson & The Rockin’ CJB Live with his longtime touring band. The album was recorded live on the road this past June during back-to-back-to-back sold out concerts.
