Song is in honor of late dear friend
Global superstar Demi Lovato has released “Unforgettable (Tommy’s Song).” The breathtaking song arrived on Saturday, October 9th, the two year anniversary of Lovato’s dear friend, Tommy Trussell III’s passing.
“Two years ago I lost someone who meant so much to me. His name was Tommy and he was such a beautiful, special man. I wrote this song the day after I found out that he had lost his battle with addiction,” Lovato shares. “This disease is extremely cunning and powerful… I’m beyond grateful and proud to announce all net proceeds of this song will be going to the Voices Project founded by Ryan Hampton. All net proceeds from the song will be donated to support the work of the Voices Project, a not-for-profit public charity combatting the overdose epidemic through grassroots community advocacy and by providing supportive resources to communities in need.
