Get ready, Miami – DNCE is back! The multi-platinum-selling band will make their long-awaited return with a one-night-only Halloween party at the FPL Solar Amphitheater on Friday, October 31st.
Frontman Joe Jonas, drummer Jack Lawless, and guitarist JinJoo Lee will bring their infectious energy to the stage for a mischief-filled night of tricks, treats, and their fan-favorite hits, including “Cake By The Ocean,” “Dancing Feet,” and “Toothbrush.”
“This is going to be the ultimate Halloween party,” says Jonas. “We have a lot of tricks up our sleeve and can’t wait to see Miami all dressed up, dancing with us all night long.”
Tickets will go on sale Friday, October 17th, at 10 am ET, with a fan presale on Friday, October 17th at 9 am ET.
The idea for DNCE came about while Jonas and Lawless, who had previously toured with the Jonas Brothers, were living together. JinJoo Lee also had prior touring experience with acts including the Jonas Brothers and CeeLo Green. Joe Jonas and Cole Whittle became friends while Jonas was working with songwriter Justin Tranter (of Semi Precious Weapons, Whittle’s former band).
The band signed with Republic Records and released their debut single, “Cake by the Ocean,” in September 2015, which became a multi-platinum international hit. Their debut extended play, Swaay, followed in October 2015, and their self-titled debut studio album, DNCE, was released in November 2016.
The group went on a hiatus after 2018, which was followed by the reunion of the Jonas Brothers. DNCE reunited as a trio (without Cole Whittle) in 2022 and were featured on the Kygo single “Dancing Feet,” later releasing their own single “Move.”
