Dolly Parton opens Nashville wine bar

Dolly Wines Bar at Assembly Food Hall is now open

Dolly Parton is bringing sparkle to the heart of Nashville with the opening of a new Dolly Wines Bar inside Assembly Food Hall, now open as of Friday, August 1st. The space is located on Level 2 North at 5055 Broadway Place in downtown Nashville.

Guests have the chance to sip from Dolly’s personally curated wine brand, including a bright and juicy Pinot Noir and a beautifully balanced Chardonnay — each bottle infused with Dolly’s signature warmth, heart, and authenticity.

The Dolly Wines Bar is more than just a tasting experience — it’s a loving toast to Dolly Parton’s inclusive, inspiring spirit.

Dolly’s Chardonnay is a vibrant pale lemon hue with flavors of white peach, sweet cream, and toasty oak. Reminiscent of a morning sun in the Smoky Mountains, it’s the perfect pairing for a Southern-inspired meal and a night full of stories and laughter.

Dolly’s Pinot Noir features a silky texture and notes of blueberry pie, cherries, and a hint of vanilla. This wine is as smooth and balanced as one of Dolly’s love songs. Easy to sip, hard to forget.

Fans have a chance to see the first pours, branded wine displays, and fan photo ops with Dolly Wine in hand

The space is open Monday through Thursday from 11 am until 10 pm, Friday and Saturday from 10 am until midnight, and Sunday from 10 am until 10 pm.
