British female trio Flo shares “Bending My Rules,” lifted from their highly anticipated debut album Access All Areas, out November 15th via Island Records.

“Bending My Rules” follows Flo’s remix of Kehlani’s “8” and the announcement of their highly anticipated debut album, Access All Areas last week. Access All Areas marks Flo’s first project since 2023’s surprise fan EP 3 of Us and 2022’s debut EP The Lead. It continues to build on the success of the past couple of years, which has seen them become the first group to ever win both the Brits Rising Star Award and the BBC Sound Poll in the same year. The group has since gone on to earn endorsements from the likes of Megan Thee Stallion, SZA, Victoria Monet, Kelly Rowland and more. The album follows a stellar run of singles including “Walk Like This”, “Caught Up”, “Check” and new single “Bending My Rules.”
