Tickets on sale December 20th

On Friday (Dec 14th), Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton asked Garth Brooks to perform a second concert at U.S. Bank Stadium, after the hour long sell out left upwards of 50,000 still waiting to buy tickets.

This morning (Mon, Dec 17th) on a conference call with Governor Dayton and local press in Minneapolis, Brooks agreed to a second show! The concert will be Friday, May 3rd at 7 pm. Brooks had planned to do a press conference with Governor Dayton at the Minnesota State Capitol this morning, but due to a mechanical issue with the airplane, he had to cancel.

“My sincerest apologies to Governor Dayton, his staff, and the St. Paul/Minneapolis press,” Brooks writes on social media. “It is my loss I do not get to see you all in person this morning. The GREAT news is I get the chance to double my fun in THE city to play music!!!! Here we go AGAIN!!!!”

Tickets will be on sale this Thursday, December 20th at 10 am CT. It will be end stage in-the-round staging. There will be an eight ticket limit per purchase. Tickets can only be purchased at ticketmaster.com/garthbrooks or either Ticketmaster Express 1-866-448-7849 or 1-800-745-3000. Please note there will be no ticket sales at the venue box office or Ticketmaster outlets on December 20th .

Tickets will cost $75.77 plus a $2.70 facility fee, a service charge of $7.25 and a $9.23 tax for a total of $94.95.

The Garth Brooks Stadium Tour is returning to the Twin Cities after four and a half years. The first concert will be Saturday, May 4th at 7 pm.
