Garth Brooks talks with Luke Combs on latest ‘Artist-to-Artist’

The chat will premiere on The Big 615

Two Entertainers of the Year – one riveting, revealing, in-depth conversation that can only happen Artist-to-Artist. That’s what listeners are going to be treated to all week long from July 29 through August 2nd next week on The Big 615 on TuneIn.

For a solid hour from 10 until 11 am CT every day during The Storme Warren Show, Garth will sit in for Storme, showcasing a lengthy conversation with Luke Combs! The two explore all sorts of topics – Luke’s early musical aspirations and first attempts at performing…and the experience of taking one’s music from small honky-tonks to massive stadiums. They talk about life, family, and how both are reflected in their music…and even compare notes on what the future holds for country music – and for Luke.

“I love this guy, and after hearing his take on everything – I hope you love him, too,” Garth says. The interview includes all sorts of perspectives on Luke’s new album, Fathers and Sons…and he shares elements of his life story that are reflected in the new Luke Combs: The Man I Am exhibit that opened this month at Nashville’s Country Music Hall of Fame.

Artist-to-Artist is a special, recurring feature program on The Big 615, the flagship station of Garth’s Sevens Radio Network in partnership with TuneIn. Each installment finds Garth sitting down – artist-to-artist – with a fellow music maker to have the kind of conversation only two creative forces can. The first, showcasing Lainey Wilson, aired on The Big 615 this spring.
