The Secret of US tops the charts overseas
Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams earns her first-ever No. 1 in the UK, Australia and the Netherlands and No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with her sophomore album, The Secret Of Us. With over 48.6 million streams to date, the project debuted in the top five in nine countries including New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, Canada and Switzerland making it Gracie’s best-performing album.
Abrams recently achieved another career milestone as she made her solo debut on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Close To You” entering the chart at No. 49. “Close To You” quickly became her best-performing single upon release with three million streams in one day on Spotify alone. This single is Gracie’s first time entering the Spotify Global Chart.
In September, Gracie will embark on her sold-out headlining The Secret of Us Tour, kicking off September 5th in Portland.
Following The Secret of Us Tour, Gracie will rejoin Taylor Swift on the highly acclaimed Eras Tour as direct support for the second North American leg. Last year, Gracie joined Taylor for 30+ shows across the US before performing a limited run of sold-out acoustic shows with Aaron Dessner in NYC, Nashville, and LA.
The Secret of Us is Abrams’ follow-up to her debut album, Good Riddance, released last February. The album also earned Gracie her first ever Grammy nod at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards with a nomination for the highly coveted Best New Artist.
