The collaboration is now available
Dance music powerhouse Gryffin, rising producer Lavern, and electro-pop duo AR/CO have teamed up for a new collaborative single, “Higher Power,” out now via 10K Projects.
Instantly mesmerizing with its sun-streaked momentum, “Higher Power” takes flight with AR/CO’s hazy topline and breezy verses before soaring into a chorus of angelic sentiments and deep low-end grooves. Elevated by empowering lyricism and kinetic rhythm, the track shimmers with a late-night aura that feels both nostalgic and propulsive. Rooted in emotional lift and textured sound design, it’s a natural meeting point for Gryffin’s melodic finesse, Lavern’s sleek style, and AR/CO’s transcendent songwriting.
“Higher Power” is the latest to join Gryffin’s string of boundary-pushing collaborations, which includes “In My Head” with Kaskade, “Air” with Excision and Julia Michaels, and “Hard Time Lover” with Chance Peña. A key artist on the Palm Tree Management roster — run by Myles Shear and Parker Aimers — Gryffin returned on the road for his Pulse: Phase 2 Tour earlier this year, which saw him headline Atlanta’s Coca-Cola Roxy, Austin’s Moody Amphitheater, Boston’s Roadrunner, and Nashville’s The Pinnacle. GRYFFIN will continue to draw crowds at his summer festival run, with upcoming sets at Lollapalooza, Breakaway, Ultra Japan, and support for Kygo at Ushuaïa in Ibiza.
After joining Gryffin on the Pulse: Phase 2 Tour, Lavern has been making waves on the festival circuit with performances at EDC Las Vegas, FVDED In The Park, and Breakaway. A growing force in the emotive dance space, Lavern kickstarted the year with dreamy originals “Into The Lights” and “Where Did You Go” and an official remix of Tate McRae’s “Revolving Door.” This summer, Lavern will continue to shine at his new Tao Group residency in Las Vegas and provide support for Martin Garrix in London and Ibiza.
British-Australian duo AR/CO are taking the scene by storm with their infectious originals and massive collaborations alongside Kx5, Marshmello, Fisher, and Hayden James. This year, AR/CO have taken their effervescent sound on the road, headlining intimate clubs across the US and opening for Kygo and The Chainsmokers ahead of their upcoming performance at EDC Orlando.
