New asset management company will manage their catalogs

HarbourView Equity Partners, the global alternative asset management company founded by Sherrese Clarke Soares, has acquired the recorded music rights catalog of Brad Paisley and publishing catalog of Lady A. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

HarbourView has been extremely active since launching just nine months ago, acquiring over 35 catalogs to date. The firm’s distinctly diverse portfolio features thousands of titles spanning numerous genres and decades. Among the company’s recent acquisitions include the catalogs of rock band Hollywood Undead, multi-GRAMMY Award winning duo Dre & Vidal, and global superstar Luis Fonsi.
