Album is soundtrack for a rockin’ summer

Swedish heirs of 80’s hard rock H.E.A.T. has reunited with its original vocalist, Kenny Leckremo, for its new album Force Majeure, due on CD, black LP and limited edition LP on August 5th via earMUSIC. The band returns with a new single and its title “Nationwide” could hardly be a better answer to the current global situation.

“Nationwide” is the epitome of what the band has done so successfully in the past — unite young and old rock fans alike.

For the music videos, as well as the whole of the artwork, a vibrant fictional world — H.E.A.T City — has been built for this release only, creating an exciting surrounding for the band’s energetic album.

The single comes as the band launches a Scandinavian tour. They will also trek Europe throughout May and will perform some new songs.

The announcement comes as former vocalist Erik Grönwall joins as Skid Row’s new singer. Earlier this week, they announced a new single and album entitled The Gang’s All Here.

“Ladies and gents. I hereby declare the circle of all fucking circles complete. You’re looking at the new singer of @officialskidrow #skidrow #erikgronwall,” Grönwall shares on socials.

The band formed in Scandinavia in 20017. Two years later, H.E.A.T had a huge hit in their homeland with the song “1000 Miles”. That same year the band’s second album Freedom Rock was nominated as one of the Top 50 albums in 2010 by Classic Rock magazine UK. Since then, they’ve toured all over the world, blowing audiences away with their outstanding live concerts. In a time when artists like Foreigner, Journey and Whitesnake are enjoying a resurgence, teenagers are re-discovering the melodic approach to hard rock. The kids are suddenly wearing their classic rock band logos on t-shirts. H.E.A.T is the beacon of light that many say will carry this tradition into the future.
