Jackson Dean ‘Still Ragin’ with new single

The track is available now via Big Machine

Jackson Dean wraps 2024 with an adrenaline-tinged wayfaring track, “Still Ragin’,” out now via Big Machine Records. Blending his rebellious edge with the worn and weathered vocals that have become his signature, Dean delivers a rockin’ song that captures the essence of a life lived in perpetual motion. Written by Dean alongside Luke Dick and Ryan Tyndell, “Still Ragin’” combines layered vocals with high-intensity drums and Southern rock electric guitar, taking listeners on a high-speed journey from town to town, chasing the next thrill. With its pulse-pounding energy and unrelenting roving spirit, “Still Ragin’” leaves no doubt: Jackson Dean is a fireball, charging ahead at full speed with no plans of slowing down.

“Still Ragin’” comes exactly three months to the day since the release of On The Back Of My Dreams. The critically acclaimed project was crafted as a concept album that takes listeners on an existential journey from light to dark, that explores themes of freedom, mortality, identity, consciousness, the subconscious and the chasing of dreams. At the center point of the album is the fan-favorite-turned single, “Heavens To Betsy” – which is currently climbing through the Top 40 on country radio. “Still Ragin’” with its independent spirit nestles in seamlessly amongst Dean’s catalog, blending the rowdy identity of “Daddy Raised” with the nomadic heart of Dean’s debut “Don’t Come Lookin’,” which appeared in Yellowstone and earned Dean his first No. 1 and platinum record.

Dean recently announced his first-ever headlining On The Back Of My Dreams European Tour with more dates expected in the future.
