Jameson Rodgers dropping three new tracks

All three coming on September 1st

Jameson Rodgers is getting ready to kick off his Whiskey Train Tour tomorrow night (Thurs, Aug 31st) in Starkville, Mississippi, and will commemorate the upcoming headline trek with three new tracks. โ€œWhiskey Train,โ€ โ€œIf I Was Doing Any Better,โ€ and โ€œBury Me With My Guitarโ€ will all be available on Friday, September 1st.

“Weโ€™ve been getting a great reaction while playing โ€˜Whiskey Trainโ€™ live on the road this last month. Iโ€™m not only excited to release โ€˜Whiskey Trainโ€™ but for people to also hear โ€˜If I Was Doing Any Betterโ€™ and โ€˜Bury Me With My Guitar,โ€™ too,โ€ Rodgers shares. โ€œKicking off the headlining run in my home state and getting to play Ascend Amphitheatre with Jordan Davis is going to be wild this week!”

Produced by David Garcia (โ€œWhiskey Trainโ€), Chris Farren and Jake Mitchell (co-producers on โ€œIf I Was Doing Any Betterโ€ and โ€œBury Me With My Guitarโ€), the collection touches on Rodgersโ€™ most signature themes: heartbreak, growing up, and that Friday-after-five feeling. Co-writers on the three tracks include Brent Anderson, Smith Ahnquist, Will Bundy, Austin Goodlow, Lynn Hutton, Mitchell, and Hunter Phelps.

In addition to his headline Whiskey Train Tour stops โ€“ featuring support from Lauren Watkins, Greylan James and John Morgan โ€“ Rodgers is slated to open on select dates for Darius Rucker, Old Dominion, and Jordan Davis throughout the fall.
