The location will be on the Las Vegas Strip
Country superstar Jason Aldean is set to open Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar on the Las Vegas Strip. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the restaurant would occupy ten thousand square feet at 63 Las Vegas at 3716 Las Vegas Blvd South, with Clark County records indicating permits for a “Vegas Country Music Restaurant” valued at $9.8 million.
The news was confirmed to the Review-Journal by a person with knowledge of the project unauthorized to speak publicly. Aldean’s camp has not publicly commented on the plans.
It’s unclear when the complex will open.
Aldean has teamed with TC Restaurant Group for three other locations. The flagship restaurant opened on Nashville’s Lower Broadway entertainment district in the summer of 2018. The Gatlinburg location opened in August 2023 with the Pittsburgh concept opening in March 2024.
Other unconfirmed rumors are circulating that Garth Brooks may expand his Friends in Low Place concept to Las Vegas in space previously occupied by Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville. The beach-themed restaurant closed earlier this year after spending over 20 years at the Flamingo. Caesars Entertainment has yet to announce what will occupy the spot.
