Jessie James Decker releases ‘Stardust’

The independent release highlights pop versatility and creative freedom

Multi-talented artist and entrepreneur Jessie James Decker is back with a new single, “Stardust,” out now via Big Yellow Dog, LLC. With its hypnotic pop melodies and raw, reflective lyrics, “Stardust” marks a bold new chapter for Jessie—one that embraces vulnerability, artistic freedom, and her ever-evolving sound.

Co-written by Decker, Maya Kurchner (Chappell Roan’s “Coffee”), Victoria “Ryann” Zaro (Tate McRae’s “You Broke Me First”), and producer slimdan (Diplo featuring Elle King “Without You”), the track glows with a fresh, shimmering energy that feels both intimate and cinematic. From the heartfelt lyrics to the polished production, “Stardust” is a testament to Jessie’s artistic evolution and versatility.

“That’s the thing about getting / Stardust, stardust in your eyes…” Jessie sings in the chorus, capturing the bittersweet feeling of being dazzled by someone who isn’t what they seemed. With lines like “When you made me blue, I painted it aquamarine” and “Standing in your shadow, sun’s in my eyes,” the song turns heartbreak into poetry—showcasing Jessie’s lyrical depth and vocal versatility.

“Stardust” is accompanied by a dreamy visualizer filmed on the beach, glittering with light and movement that mirrors the track’s emotional highs and lows. It’s a visual and sonic journey that reflects Jessie’s strength as an artist unafraid to be vulnerable.

Fans can catch Jessie performing “Stardust” live on QVC on April 23rd, where she’ll also debut her Just Feed Me cookware line. The performance will be part of a full-circle moment, as Jessie brings together her love for music, cooking, and entrepreneurship in one inspired appearance.

With a new cookbook coming in 2026 and regular new recipes on her Just Feed Me channel, Jessie continues to expand her reach as a lifestyle and culinary creator—all while staying grounded in the music that has defined her from the very start.

“This song is about waking up,” Jessie says. “Sometimes we fall for someone or something that sparkles so bright, we don’t see it clearly. ‘Stardust’ is about finding your clarity—and your strength—when the glitter fades.”
