Bush’s international run is a seven-show trek that begins August 24th

Fresh on the heels of headlining the international stage at CMA Fest last month, two-time Grammy winner Kristian Bush is prepping for a late summer UK tour.

Bush’s run is a seven-show trek that begins August 24th with The Long Road Festival in Leicestershire and includes dates in London, Manchester, and Liverpool, England, along with a festival in Paisley, Scotland.

“I am so excited to get back to the UK to play some shows,” Bush shares. “I can’t wait for the smiles, the fans, the pubs, and the memories. My train runs on believers, and the UK fans have always been my engine.”

Bush’s relationship with the UK goes back decades to 1994 when he opened for Melissa Etheridge at Royal Albert Hall. But he hasn’t toured in the country since Sugarland headlined C2C in 2018.

Bush is in the midst of one of the busiest years in his career. In addition to making his Grand Ole Opry debut with his duo Billy Pilgrim in March and his busy CMA Fest schedule, he produced Megan Moroney’s second album Am I Okay? which will be available July 12th. He will release an island remix of his hit “Trailer Hitch” with boots rock raggae master Cas Haley on July 19th.

Bush will join his duo Sugarland for a co-headlining arena tour with Little Big Town upon his return to the US. The Take Me Home Tour, named for the duo and group’s collaborative version of Phil Collins’ classic “Take Me Home,” will launch in October in Greenville, SC. The run will conclude in December at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. The Castellows are tour openers. The Take Me Home Tour celebrates Little Big Town’s 25 years as a group and marks 20 years of Sugarland.
