The action-packed weekend featured a Who’s Who of guest appearances
The 2025 edition of the biggest country music event in the world, Stagecoach Festival, has ended with a bang, cementing itself as one of the most important cultural moments of the calendar year. The Goldenvoice festival yet again delivered a once-in-a-lifetime line-up for music fans who flocked to the Southern California desert to catch their favorite artists with country lovers around the world tuning in via the Amazon Music livestream.
With an eclectic bill full of next level performances, surprise pop in’s from other acts playing the festival, and unexpected guest appearances from artists in every genre, Stagecoach Festival 2025 gave fans everything they could have wanted and more. The weekend was star-studded, featuring guest appearances throughout the weekend from every genre of music, and full of some of the most incredible live performances of the year from the biggest names in country music and beyond.
On Friday, headliner Zach Bryan made the Mane Stage his own, delivering his signature stage presence and phenomenal catalog of songs, while Palomino stage headliner Lana Del Rey transported the festival to the Bayou, debuting three new songs from her forthcoming album. T-Pain, fresh off of two weekends at Coachella, kicked off the first of the weekend’s epic Late Night at Palomino sets, featuring a surprise appearance by Kesha. Incredible music moments were created by the likes of Carly Pearce, Brothers Osborne – with the help of special guest Kate Hudson – Nikki Lane, and surprise set by Mumford & Sons. The night also saw a fantastic DJ set by the one and only Paris Hilton, who was joined by Lizzo at Diplo’s HonkyTonk, in addition to Diplo’s own set, which is now a Stagecoach tradition.
Jelly Roll, who played at the festival in 2024 and said his biggest dream was to headline Stagecoach, made good on that manifestation with an epic headlining set, bringing out an eclectic group of fellow artists to join him, including Lana Del Rey, Stagecoach alumni Wiz Khalifa, Alex Warren, and Machine Gun Kelly. His set was preceded by career-defining performances from Sturgill Simpson and Ashley McBryde. Late-aughts favorites Creed rocked the Palomino stage with a guest appearance by Tori Kelly, while Shaboozey – one of the two artists on the bill to have also played Coachella as well – sang to a massive crowd on the Mane Stage that went to the very back of the festival. Nelly got the Palomino stage shaking in celebration of 25 years of Country Grammar, while synth-pop favorites Chromeo did a special DJ set in Diplo’s HonkyTonk.
Sunday wrapped with Luke Combs, a Stagecoach favorite who has returned to the festival multiple times throughout his career, playing a brilliant set of hits capped off with an unexpected appearance by country legend Garth Brooks and his hit “Friends in Low Places” with the infamous third verse, in addition to songs with guests Good Charlotte and Bailey Zimmerman. Before Combs took the stage, Midland and Flatland Cavalry each separately wowed festival goers, with Midland bringing out special guests Noah Cyrus, Marcus King, and Mackenzie Carpenter. The Palomino stage saw incredible performances by Goo Goo Dolls and Sammy Hagar. Diplo’s HonkyTonk brought the heat to the last day of the festival with next level sets by the legendary Steve Aioki, DJ Pee .Wee (aka Anderson .Paak), Sofi Tukker, and Diplo himself, appearing as his alter ego Thomas Wesley for a back-to-back with Chris Comstock. The night ended with the one and only Backstreet Boys playing their first ever Late Night at Palomino set bringing Combs on stage for their 1999 hit “I Want It That Way.” It was a perfect end to a weekend full of the best of the best on multiple stages throughout the Empire Polo Fields.
Celebrity chef Guy Fieri once again brought Flavortown to the desert with Stagecoach favorite Guy Fieri’s Stagecoach Smokehouse, which was packed with fans each day of the festival. He was joined for cooking demonstrations by Jelly Roll and Shaboozey, Tracy Lawrence and Midland, Rashad Jones and Pat Martin, and Brothers Osborne and Whiskey Meyers.
