Hit single “Bloody Valentine” nominated for MTV’s VMA ‘Best Alternative Video’

After teasing a snippet of this song on Good Morning America, Machine Gun Kelly has just released his new single “Concert For Aliens” which is the second release off his forthcoming album Tickets To My Downfall via EST 19XX/Bad Boy/Interscope Records. “Concert For Aliens” comes to life by bringing back the early 2000’s pop/punk signature sound and adding a edgy twist.

Last week, Machine Gun Kelly received his first VMA nomination for his music video “Bloody Valentine” starring Megan Fox which sits at over 24 million views on YouTube and landing the single at over 100 million streams globally. The song was the first taste of Tickets To My Downfall, and was executive produced by Travis Barker.

During the quarantine, the rapper produced a successful series titled Lockdown Sessions, which were trending No. 1 on YouTube and amassed over 50 million views. Covering classics, including Paramore’s “Misery Business,” Oasis’ “Champagne Supernova” and Rihanna’s “Love On The Brain,” the latter two garnering praise from both Oasis and Rihanna.

Aside from music, Machine Gun Kelly is set to star opposite Sam Worthington on the big screen in the forthcoming action western; The Last Song of Issac LeMay, which has already begun production. He is also seen in Jason Orley’s comedy Big Time Adolescence which is now available on Hulu.
