Two ensembles will perform throughout the holiday season
Mannheim Steamroller founder Chip Davis will celebrate the brand’s 40th anniversary with the 2025 annual Christmas tour. The trek marks the longest-running concert tour in the entertainment industry. The annual Mannheim Steamroller Christmas Tour will begin on November 11th and run through December 30th. Two traveling ensembles will perform in cities across the country.
Presales start on Wednesday, July 23rd, ahead of the general sale on Friday, July 25th at 10 am local time.
“I remember when I came out with my first Christmas album in 1984, followed by our first tour. Back then, many in the music industry said focusing on Christmas just wouldn’t work,” said Davis. “Now, 40 years later, we are still going strong. I want to thank our fans for making us part of their holiday tradition. Today we often see multi-generational families join us during the holidays each year.”
Davis founded his record label, American Gramophone, one of the industry’s largest independent record labels. A Grammy Award winner, Mannheim Steamroller, has sold over 41 million albums, with over 31.5 million in the Christmas genre. Their holiday CDs have become synonymous with Christmas and annually occupy top positions on Billboard’s Seasonal Chart.
