Self titled album set for Sept 16th release
Marcus Mumford will release his debut solo album, (self-titled), on CD and 180-gram LP on September 16th via Capitol Records. Produced by Blake Mills (Alabama Shakes, Jim James), the album includes features from Brandi Carlile, Phoebe Bridgers, Clairo and Monica Martin.
The album’s lead track, “Cannibal,” is available with all digital pre-orders. An accompanied video has also dropped.
Amazon will have an exclusive limited edition autographed deluxe CD that contains two bonus tracks, “Better Off High (on my phone),” and “Grace (on my phone).”
Mumford is a founding member of Mumford & Sons, which has topped the Billboard 200 with three of its four studio albums. The band has won numerous awards, including GRAMMYs for Album of the Year and Best Long Form Music Video, two BRITs and an Ivor Novello award.
