The new song is available now

Noah Kahan shares a new version of his fan-favorite track “She Calls Me Back” now featuring multiple Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and superstar Kacey Musgraves via Mercury/Republic Records.

Adding a new verse and perspective to the song, Kacey sings a conversational back-and-forth with the breakout Vermont singer and songwriter over a buoyant guitar riff and head-nodding beat. She sings, “You love me, and I don’t know why. I only call you once a week,” as he counters on the hook, “Everything’s alright when she calls me back.” The track unites two of music’s most authentic and vivid storytellers on one undeniable anthem.

“Kacey Musgraves is the coolest person ever. Not exaggerating when I say that during the Stick Season album process, we would finish a song and I’d listen back and be like ‘Can you imagine Kacey on this?’ Having her sing on ‘She Calls Me Back’ is incredible, and being able to have her continue telling the story adds a whole new dimension to the song and what it means,” Kahan says. “I’m so grateful and honored, continually humbled that artists of this level have lent their voice to this album. Kacey is cool as hell, brilliantly talented, and represents everything I love about music. She is a true artist, and I can’t thank her enough for being a part of this song.”

Due to massive fan demand, Kahan’s 2024 We’ll All Be Here Forever Tour almost immediately sold out upon on-sale last week. The 39-date tour sees the critically acclaimed artist playing the biggest venues of his career thus far—solidifying his widely successful breakout year and status as one of the year’s best new artists. Soon after the announcement was made, a second and third show in Toronto and second shows in Asheville, Nashville, St. Paul, Denver, New York, and Boston were added, with Kahan performing two nights at legendary venues like Madison Square Garden and Bridgestone Arena. The tour will conclude with back-to-back, sold out hometown shows at Boston’s iconic stadium, Fenway Park on Thursday, July 18th, and Friday, July 19th, with support from special guests Mt. Joy.
