International rock legend Sir Rod Stewart CBE extends his UK 2022 Arena tour with additional shows in London, Glasgow and Birmingham and a new show in Aberdeen. Following the release of his 31st studio album, The Tears of Hercules, Sir Rod Stewart will be taking his distinctive raspy vocals and massive catalogue of hits on the road later this year. Tickets for the new dates go on general sale Friday, March 25th at 9 am via Ticketmaster.
Last month, Stewart announced a 38 date North American tour with Cheap Trick for this summer. The tour starts on June 10th in Vancouver, BC and will mark Stewart’s first tour in four years, which was delayed two years by the pandemic.
Additionally, Stewart will bookend his tour with ten additional shows for his Rod Stewart: The Hits Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Stewart will perform select dates May 13-21 and September 23-October 1. Since its premiere in 2011, Stewart’s residency has remained one of the best-reviewed and must-see shows on the Las Vegas Strip.
Following the success of his previous sold out tours, Stewart’s 2022 shows promise to be filled with show-stopping classics and new hits in his unmissable captivating style. Rod Stewart is one of the best-selling artists in the history of recorded music, with an estimated 250 million records and singles sold worldwide, his performance will include fan favorites from across his impressive career, as well as, being the first to hear live performances of tracks from his most recent album.
