The auction will benefit LA fire relief
Julien’s Auction has teamed with stylist Lindsey Hartman for Give A Frock, a celebrity fashion and memorabilia auction to raise money for Los Angeles wildfire aid. The collection features iconic performance and album cover looks from Sabrina Carpenter in her “Taste” music video-worn outfit, Chappell Roan, Charli XCX, Hayley Williams, Cher, The Beastie Boys’ stage-worn personalized Adidas tracksuits, Cyndi Lauper, Kathleen Hannah, Caroline Polachek, Latto, Kelly Rowland, Toni Braxton and more.
Red carpet looks will also be on auction from Olivia Rodrigo’s The Hunger Games The Ballad Of Songbirds & Snakes premiere worn Rodarte gown, Jenna Ortega, Sky Ferreira, Jeff Goldblum, and Sandra Oh, along with movie costumes and signed memorabilia from Julian Casablancas, Juliette Lewis and others. Looks include Vivienne Westwood, Marc Jacobs, Rodarte, Dolce and Gabbana.
The sale will close on February 25th at 10 am PST in Los Angeles at Julien’s Studios and online.
In conjunction with the opening of the auction was G*VE A F*CK LA, a benefit concert that took place yesterday (Wed, Feb 5th) at Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles that included a display of key looks from the auction for VIP ticket holders. The night, produced by Live Nation, featured intimate performances from artists and comedians including Christopher Owens, Courtney Barnett, Finneas, Fred Armisen, Hayley Williams, Jenny Lewis, Juliette Lewis, Kevin Morby, Lucy Dacus, MUNA, Perfume Genius, Phantom Planet, Reggie Watts, Rostam & Sasami, Scout Willis, St. Vincent, Symone, The Linda Lindas and special guests. The event with DJ sets from Fat Tony and Harmony Tividad was hosted by John C. Reilly.
One hundred percent of net concert ticket and auction proceeds will benefit local organizations Altadena Girls, Friends in Deed, One Voice, and Pasadena Humane Society, with all venue and ticketing service fees waived for the event. The event is presented by Milk Makeup.
