Toast to the good life with the Red Rocker’s best cocktail recipes

Sammy Hagar is releasing a cocktail recipe book on March 29th. Co-authored by James Beard Award-winning cookbook author James O. Fraioli, Sammy Hagar’s Cocktail Hits features 85 of the Red Rocker’s favorite recipes with a forward written by Guy Fieri.

“I have been working and studying the art of making and drinking cocktails for decades now, and have finally pulled together all my favorites, my knowledge on how to do it, and what we need to throw the best parties with the best cocktails and some tips on how to put it all together,” Hagar shares. “I guarantee this is the only cocktail book you will ever need. It’s kind of like my greatest hits from in front and behind the bar.”

The book includes Hagar’s take on cocktails inspired around the world including Hawaii, Mexico, Las Vegas, Cleveland, Hollywood and more. Enjoy drinks such as the Coconut Mojito, Maui Mama, Tiki Swizzle, Blanco Gimlet, Coco Loco, Coronarita, Santo Oaxaca, Santa Paloma, Brazilian Kiss, Vojito, Strawberry Surf, and Black & Blue Lemonade, and more.

It includes rave reviews from Toby Keith, Emeril Lagasse, and more.

Hagar and his band The Circle, featuring fellow Rock Hall of Fame inductee and Van Halen alum, Michael Anthony; Grammy-award winning drummer, Jason Bonham; and longtime guitarist Vic Johnson, will hit the road this summer for the Crazy Times North American tour. George Thorogood and The Destroyers will join the entire trek as special guests.

Produced by Live Nation and presented by Hagar’s portfolio of spirits — Sammy’s Beach Bar Cocktail Co., Santo Tequila and Beach Bar Rum, the Crazy Times Tour kicks off in Bridgeport, CT on June 10th at Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater and concludes on September 17th at the Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, TX.

Last fall, Hagar confirmed the band completed work on a new studio album, tentatively titled These Crazy Times. The rockers worked with producer Dave Cobb at RCA Studios in Nashville for the project that’s due this summer.

The project will follow the group’s At Your Service, Space Between and Lockdown 2020.
