The flirty new single will be available on February 22nd
Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum recording artist Selena Gomez has announced the February 22nd release of her new single “Love On” via Interscope Records. The song, which will be available at 3 pm PT, is Gomez’s first single of 2024 as she continues to work in the studio on the highly anticipated follow-up to her critically praised album Rare. Gomez reteams with her longtime co-writer Julia Michaels for the fun and flirty song inspired by the months Selena spent in Paris last year, which was produced by The Monsters & Strangerz and Isaiah Tejada.
Gomez dominated the charts in 2023 with the No. 1 smash hit “Calm Down” with Rema which reached the No. 1 position on Billboard’s Global chart as well as Top 40 radio, urban and hot AC. Recently, the song claimed the record for the most weeks ever spent on Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart. “Calm Down” has been certified triple-platinum by RIAA and amassed over 3.5 billion global streams.
