We’ve had so many awesome shows in Philly over the years and we couldn’t miss out on playing for all our fans in the City of Brotherly Love!” the band shares.
Simple Plan will donate $1 from each ticket sold on this tour to the Simple Plan Foundation. Since its inception the Simple Plan Foundation has donated over $2M to various charitable causes in Canada and has been awarded many prestigious distinctions for its philanthropic work.
Prior to the additional show announcement, the band recently revealed the title of their highly anticipated documentary is Simple Plan: The Kids in the Crowd. Coming this summer via Prime Video, the documentary will commemorate the band’s 25th anniversary pulling from archival footage. Fellow industry icons and close friends of the band including Avril Lavigne, Blink 182’s Mark Hoppus and The Offspring’s Dexter Holland and Noodles are set to appear in the documentary with new interviews.
